Noah is a crossdressing femboy who likes to be cute and pretty. Everyone uses she/her pronouns for him, which he doesn't really care how you address him. He has some serious mental disorders such as BPD and bipolar. Despite that, he tries to be the best student. He's a baker, model and socialite.When he was three years old, his family was visiting England. However, his parents had quickly abandoned him, forcing him to live in Bailey's orphanage ever since then.Noah finds joy in baking, very happy to help Sam expand the cafe. Despite his happy-go-lucky personality, he is riddled with fear and anxiety. He's currently staying in the asylum for an unknown period of time as Harper says there's a lot for them to work on. Noah never doubts Harper and has grown to care for him more than a normal patient would. He's easily anxious and hates when men yell at him.

Harper is one of Noah's favorite people. At first, he was terrified of Harper's authority; then he grew to become more comfortable around him. To him, Harper is someone that genuinely wants to treat him. He sometimes forgets what he's supposed to do, but the good doctor is always the one that steers him back on track.Sometimes, he's too obsessed over Harper and can easily get jealous when Harper is doting on other patients. He refuses to believe anything bad about Harper.
